If there is a silent killer, it would be stress. It can take over your body, relationship, career and everything in between if left unresolved or unattended. Singaporeans are not immune to stress. It is normal but some choose to handle it better. It is high time that you learn how to handle it in case you are worried of the things that it can do with your body.
It is not new that stress can affect the whole body from the skin to the nails and hairs. Speaking of skin, when you are stressed, the body will release chemicals that will make the skin reactive and more sensitive.
